Been a patient with Smiles Ahead got many years now and can honestly say the care has been exemplary. The staff are always professional and friendly and will go above and beyond for you if need be. They deserve all the accolades they have received. Thank you all.
The most amazing dentist! I know some people dread going to the dentist but every time I’ve visited Smiles Ahead, the staff have always been very friendly and my dentist always makes me feel at ease. I was recommended by a family member and I would highly recommend them myself as they offer a great service and it’s very affordable to spread the cost with Denplan!

Most adults with healthy gums and bones can have implants. We’ll confirm suitability during your consultation and assessment.
You may feel some pressure or mild soreness after you’ve had the implants placed, but most patients say it’s easier than expected. We’ll make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and supported.
With regular dental check-ups and hygiene appointments, plus proper care, your implants can last 10-15 years or more. For some patients, their implants last a lifetime.
It can take a few months to fully complete your treatment. We start by placing your implant, which then needs around 3-6 months to heal. Once it has, we’ll fit your final crown or bridge on top. Your dentist can give you a personalised timeline during your consultation.
